Our Story
Welcome to Boomer House
Boomer House is a beautifully restored event space in Northern Colorado. Built in 1895 by the mayor of Greeley, William Boomer, this historic home is full of personality and charm. With its spacious rooms, elegant furnishings, and stunning details, Boomer House is the perfect setting for any event, from small meetings to large celebrations. It also hosts our public game nights.

The Suite at Boomer House

The basement of Boomer House has been converted into a beautiful private apartment with space for up to four guests. Enjoy easy access to the event rooms above and all that downtown Greeley has to offer. You'll be staying across the street from the Union Colony Civic Center, and just two blocks from all of Greeley's downtown dining and attractions. The apartment has a private entrance, kitchenette, office and a curated art and game collection. $106/night
